689slop FAQ — Complete Answers Page

Yes. At 689slop you can place Live Betting while a match is being broadcast live. Odds change instantly based on events happening in the match — such as a goal being scored or a corner being awarded. This makes it popular with players who like to watch the match and make decisions as it unfolds. Always check Myanmar Standard Time (MMT).

Settlement is done after the match ends and the official result is confirmed. Usually this is completed within an hour or so after the final whistle. If there is a suspension (e.g. a club requests a delay), a play-off decision, or an unexpected match cancellation, a different settlement policy may apply — so read the terms and conditions before you bet.

An accumulator (maung) combines two or more matches into a single bet. Every match must be correct for you to win, and since odds are multiplied together, the potential payout can be much higher. When placing your bet, check the matches you have selected in the Bet Slip, then choose the Accumulator option.

Asian Handicap levels the match by giving the weaker team a head-start in goals. For example, if Team A has a -0.5 Handicap, Team A must win by at least 1 goal for your bet to win. If the Handicap is a quarter-ball line such as 0.25 or 0.75, half your stake wins and the other half loses.

An Over / Under (goal total) bet is about predicting the total number of goals scored in a match. For example, if the line is 2.5: betting Over means you need 3 or more goals to win, while betting Under means the match must end with 2, 1, or 0 goals for you to win. Read the odds description carefully before placing your bet.

Shan Koe Mee is a traditional Myanmar card game where each player receives 3 cards and compares the combined value of their hand against the dealer. A player who gets two or three cards of the same suit has the highest winning combination. Shan Koe Mee is available at 689slop with a Live Dealer table, and the rules are explained in Myanmar. Read the game rules before you start playing.

The 2D lottery result is announced at a set time based on the official number draw system. At 689slop, once the result is available it is processed immediately and the prize is added to your account. We use external data to keep the information accurate, so there is no scenario where players choose the numbers themselves — you can check whether you have won through the platform.

The 2D lottery uses a two-digit number, while the 3D lottery requires an exact three-digit number to win. This makes 3D harder to win, but the prize payout is higher. Check the result announcement time and payout ratio in the game guide before playing. Both 2D and 3D are available at 689slop and work smoothly on mobile.

Yes. The 689slop platform is accessible from any Android or iOS smartphone or tablet through a single browser — no app download needed, so no storage space is required, and you still get a smooth playing experience. The site is designed to be fully readable and playable on smaller phone screens.

The minimum withdrawal at 689slop is 10,000 Ks per transaction. Funds can be received via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Once the withdrawal amount is confirmed and all checks are passed, the transfer will be processed without delay.

Yes. 689slop provides 24/7 withdrawal service, so you can withdraw at any time — even at 1 or 2 AM, or on market days. Transfers normally complete within 15 minutes to 2 hours. If there is a delay due to banking system changes or additional verification, contact us via Live Chat.

To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the wagering requirement of bonus amount x 25. For example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 200% bonus of 40,000 Ks, you need to wager 40,000 Ks x 25 = 1,000,000 Ks before you can withdraw the bonus winnings. Note that your original deposited amount can be withdrawn without needing to complete the wagering requirement.

Common reasons for a pending withdrawal include: account verification not yet complete, wagering requirement not met, or a delay on the bank or wallet side. If more than 2 hours have passed and you still have not received the funds, contact us via Live Chat and provide your Transaction ID so we can check. Our support team is available 24/7 to help.

Yes. For both deposits and withdrawals at 689slop, you must use a KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, or CB Pay wallet registered in your own name. Transfers from another person's wallet cannot be processed and may result in lost funds, so always use your own wallet.

At 689slop, players can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. The limit takes effect immediately after it is set, and you will not be able to deposit beyond that amount. If you try to increase the limit, a firm cooling-off period is applied. This is a self-protection tool for responsible gambling.

Cooling-Off is a way to take a temporary break from gambling for a set period (for example, 7 to 30 days). Self-Exclusion is a decision to close your account for a longer period (for example, 6 months to 5 years). Both can be requested via Live Chat and our support team will act on it immediately. If you try to reopen the account, it will only be possible after the restriction period has ended.

If you feel that your gambling is going beyond your income and you are losing control, contact our Live Chat to request Self-Exclusion. There are also health education organizations in Myanmar that can help, and you can read more information on our Responsible Gaming page. Gambling should be entertainment — if it is causing you distress, it is time to take a break.

VIP level progression is reviewed by 689slop based on a player's regular betting activity, deposit and withdrawal history, and overall engagement. Players are checked regularly and upgraded to the appropriate level when they qualify. If you want to check your current VIP level, you can ask via Live Chat.

689slop VIP has 5 levels: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.2%), Silver (0.4%), Gold (0.6%), Platinum (0.8%), and Diamond (1.0%). The higher your level, the more cashback you earn and the more benefits you receive. Cashback is added to your account once a week and can be used for further play.

Weekly Cashback is calculated by multiplying your total valid bets for the week by the percentage rate for your VIP level. For example, a Gold level player with 100,000 Ks in valid bets for the week would receive 600 Ks (0.6%) cashback. Cashback is paid out consistently each week to help players keep playing longer.

Diamond level players receive up to 1.0% Cashback per week, plus priority withdrawals, a dedicated VIP Account Manager, and exclusive promotions. We prioritize Diamond players and they receive the highest priority handling in Live Chat.

If your playing activity slows down over time, your VIP level may be reset to a lower tier. To keep your VIP level, maintain regular play. You will be notified of any level changes through the Notification section in your account.
